"It’s Now Legal to Buy Clean Syringes" (ESAP Palm Card): These palm cards, in English and Spanish, tell people buying syringes about New York’s Expanded Syringe Access Program which allows people to buy clean needles without a prescription from participating pharmacies around the state.
HIV Confidentiality Training Materials: The Legal Action Center conducts trainings for health and social service providers in New York about New York’s HIV confidentiality laws. The Center also trains providers about how to conduct their own annual confidentiality updates.
